Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mirklis Salduma. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Options & Flat Rates

We keep delivery simple and transparent with fixed flat rates for all domestic shipments:

Parcel Locker (Pakomāts) (Omniva / DPD): 2–5 business days — €3.00
Courier Delivery: 1–3 business days — €8.00

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during high-volume periods or holidays.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

All items are handcrafted with care and processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your package tracking code.

3. In-Studio Pickup & Candle Refills

We do not offer automated checkout options for local pick-up or candle refills, but we warmly welcome you to visit us in person! If you prefer to collect your order directly or wish to refill your handcrafted candle vessels, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange a visit.

4. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Because our items are handcrafted, we package them with extreme care. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the outer packaging and the broken item(s) within 48 hours of receipt and email us at mirklissalduma@inbox.lv. Please ensure you collect your parcel from the parcel machine within the carrier’s specified timeframe, as returned packages due to non-collection may incur additional reshipping fees.
